a Real Status Update

So much to do so little time!! The relocation process is finally taking off and I've been crossing off my to-do list slowly but surly moving to the next step.  Here's my checklist for all to see, although I feel like I'm really using it as a mental checkoff list so that I can avoid forgetting an small (or large!) details.

So far we have...
-Choose two possible realtors to do proposals for the house
-Choose two appraisers to come look at our house, and one alternate
-Scheduled one of the two appraisers
-Submitted for our Oklahoma realtor
-Got into contact with the Oklahoma City, OK realtor
-have painters/power washers coming tomorrow to spruce up the exteriors
-Taking longer than expected, tomorrow is day-2 of exterior work
-filled out as much paper work as possible and faxed
-Booked trip to Oklahoma City the 13th-26th
-Got word of Eddie's company car to arrive in Greenville
-Received the relocation (USB) packet via Fed-Ex
-Informed by job when I'll be in town, and my notice for transfer

The good news is Eddie is receiving a new company car (2012 Toyota Rav4), the bad news is Michelin is sending it to Greenville's North American Headquarters. Well it's not so bad, except that means were now driving to Oklahoma City May 13th instead of flying like we had planned.

I'll be flying back a little before Ed, and just got a one way flight for $159.42!! Good news for all those who will come and visit- you can name your own price and it won't break the bank.
